Wow - fantastic word choices which capture how dangerous and stressful a volcanic eruption would be. You can be proud of your writing Mikayla! Here's an interesting fact I found online at National Geographic Kids: Lava from a volcano can reach 1,250°C!
ReplyDeleteKia ora Mikayla, Your sentences describing a volcano erupting give a great picture for readers to imagine. You have used some awesome vocabulary like sizzling,
ReplyDeleteviciously and horrifying. Remember to keep checking the tense in your sentences. For example "Lava bursted out of the volcano". We would say "Lava burst out of the volcano." or "Red flaming lava creeped down the rock..." what could you change 'creeped' to? Keep up the great work, Megan : )
