Kia ora Mikayla, thanks for posting your spooky story! What a scary encounter, and you left us hanging ...will you escape?! I really like the way you started your story with "Lamps flickered as I came closer to the door." It put a really clear image in my mind. You also used some great descriptive words and interesting language features. Like when you wrote the lady said something 'sweetly' (but she was not at all sweet!)
ReplyDeleteNext time, perhaps you could think of a catchy title when you name your blog post. Do you think people might be encouraged to check out your blog if it had a title like "Beware of Mysterious Doors" or "A Doorway Opens"? blog you later, Megan : )
